Reports go to the Secretary and to your county’s chapter Chair — or to the Regional Organizer if your county has no chapter yet. Every report is logged with the date received, the verification result, and what the List did with it.

The Empty Ballot List names every office in a covered county for which fewer than two candidates have filed or are expected to file — regardless of who holds the seat or who has filed. The League recruits for seats, never against anyone; incumbents receive the same invitations and the same free workshop as everyone else.
